Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To be eligible for cancellation, the following conditions must be met:
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- You contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Procedure
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and notify you by email. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow our Returns process to return the items for a refund.
Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved, any charges or fees will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be canceled under the following circumstances:
- The order has already been shipped or delivered.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items purchased on a non-refundable basis or during special promotions.
